What is free, what can Grandma see and what happens when dinner runs late? Find the answers that help you decide whether the story fits your family.
Can we start without paying?
Yes. Explore the public sample without an account. With a parent account, prepare every story and privately rehearse it for free. Registration is open. The one-time CZK 99, €4 or US$4 price applies to that story’s scheduled day.
Is the map real tracking?
No. The position belongs to a prepared story, rather than tracking a real person or child. Choose a public place or approximate area for the destination. The phone does not have to share its location.
Who sees the letters, and who can change the plan?
Everyone with a valid child-view link and PIN sees the destination and delivered messages in that journey. Addressing one child does not make the message private. These viewers cannot change the plan. Another parent who accepts a separate invitation with their own account has equal management rights.
What if the presents are not ready?
The finale waits for a parent’s confirmation. Hold arrival if only the finale needs to wait. Pause the whole story to stop both the position and new messages. Review shifted times before resuming; delivered letters are not repeated.
Does my child need to read or have a phone?
No. Read together on one device and let an adult read aloud. The child’s view offers five preset reactions, not free text or photographs. Internet is needed; offline operation and lock-screen notifications are not promised.
Are messages written by AI, and what remains afterwards?
Messages use prepared templates and your edits. Voice and AI images are not generated, and story content is not sent to a generative model. New journeys stay as memories by default; choose deletion on January 30 after gift time, or export/delete the journey in settings. The app privacy notice explains backup and statistics limits.
